Scan the QR Code
Scan the QR Code found on your scanner
Fill in your information
You will receive a validation code via text. With this your phone number is now linked to your scanner and you will receive texts when you have issues. You can always adjust this in your device settings either on our app or on this link
Add Us to Your HomeScreen
Click on "share" > "Add to Home Screen" > Set the name to "Mychanic" > Add.
This will give you an app so you can quickly check your car's health and monitor your account.

Initial Idea
After noticing the check engine light and fixing several of his friend's cars, Bryce got the idea for a tool that would tell people what's wrong and how to fix it. From there, the idea shifted but the core goal remained the same - bring transparency and ease to car maintenance.

The Crucible of Competition
We competed in Brigham Young University's Student Innovator of the Year Competition with an initial prototype! While we didn't win, we received lots of valuable feedback from engineers and business leaders and professors from the area.

BYU's Sandbox program brough us all together. Working all summer together we hope to have a product available by December 2024!
